Inspired by Casper’s Dreamery, we used a guided service model to educate customers on the brand and product.
Concept sketch for the Snooze Bar.
Warm oak tones and soft blue acoustic felt are grounded by ebonized oak and steel details -Mattress fabric adds texture to the wall.
The structure was designed to be adaptive, supporting future campaigns with ease. Flexibility was the key driver of the concept.
A Vestaboard was the primary messaging tool in the Snooze Bar. This reduced visual clutter, replacing traditional sign pollution.

We developed a capsule of apparel for the employee uniform - Inclusivity and comfort were central to the design.
The customer amenity kit included a upcycled mattress cover pouch, sleep mask, cooling eye patches, and cozy socks.
